TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By accessing and using NewMill Photography, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to this service. Any participation will constitute acceptance of this agreement. This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions. This site and its original content is owned by Webnode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary laws. NewMill Photography takes reputation and credibility very seriously. If you do not agree above, please do not use this service.

ABUSES/PHOTO POLICY: NewMillPhotography owns all pictures that are taken unless permitted (which will be stated) Copyrights are owned by NewMill Photography and any violators will be subject to a felony charge (unless permitted by NMP) This includes failure to compensate the services that are provided. 

PRIVACY: NewMill Photography photos are taken with a digital camera (including mobile phones) and pictures including video/movement records. the privacy of the customer will not be jeopardize. All published pictures will require consent. There will be separate forms to fill out involving your appointment, terms and policy, and payment (mandatory signing if using our service)

PAYMENT/REFUND POLICY: NewMill Photography does NOT do refunds. If the customer does not like the service that was paid for, we offer another shoot half price off. If any photos are missing/lost, NewMill Photography is not responsible. (Includes all types of shoots/sessions/hourly shoots)
